Do ranks reset when a new season starts?

No. Purchased ranks are permanent and carry over to every season.

Are rank prices cumulative?

Yes. When upgrading ranks, you only pay the difference between your current rank and the new rank.

Do player vaults reset?

Vault slots do not reset.
Vault contents are cleared at the start of a new season.

How much storage does a vault give?

Each player vault provides 6×9 inventory slots.

Are vault prices cumulative?

Yes. If you already own vaults, you only pay for the additional vaults.

Do crate keys carry over to the next season?

No. Crate keys are seasonal and must be used before the season ends.

What happens if I don’t use my keys?

Unused keys are lost when a new season begins.

Why don’t crate keys carry over?

Crate keys are consumables tied to the current season’s economy and rewards. Resetting them keeps seasons fair and prevents stockpiling.

When do seasons reset?

Seasons typically last around one year depending on server activity.  Exact dates are announced in advance on Discord and the website.
