SlowNerd offers digital goods through its online store, including ranks, player vaults, and crate keys.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Digital goods are delivered immediately and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some products use cumulative pricing, meaning you only pay the difference when upgrading. Prices displayed while logged in reflect your current ownership.
Certain items are tied to seasonal gameplay:
Ranks and player vault slots persist across seasons
Vault contents, crate keys, and crate rewards reset each season
Season reset behavior is disclosed on product pages and during checkout.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
Immediate removal of purchased items
Permanent termination of your SlowNerd account and access
If you experience an issue with a purchase, you must contact staff before opening a payment dispute so we can assist you.
SlowNerd may accept voluntary donations to support server hosting and development.
Donations are non-refundable
Donations do not guarantee special treatment unless explicitly stated
Donating does not exempt you from server rules
SlowNerd reserves the right to revoke donation-related benefits if rules are violated.
You agree not to upload, post, or share content that is:
Illegal, abusive, or harmful
Infringing on intellectual property or personal rights
Content created within the community (such as builds or screenshots) may be featured on SlowNerd platforms unless you request otherwise.
You agree not to:
Attempt to access restricted areas
Interfere with website or server functionality
Use bots, scripts, or automation without permission
Distribute malware or malicious code
SlowNerd reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate access to the website or servers
Remove in-game items or perks
